While we love the entire 2010 Urban X Awards Category Roster and Line Up, it is this category, "BBW of the Year", that we are anxiously awaiting to hear the winner of. Lets face it Voluptuous women have finally arrived and PHAT Magazine is living proof of that. So we are amped up to see who will get the title of being the best BBW Adult Performer of 2010. One thing is definite, we sure don't want to be the person who has to decide the winner of this category. The firepower in the category is explosive. In fact its XXXplosive (shout out to Damali, lol). To prove how combustible this category is lets take another look at the nominees the title of BBW of the Year:
Daphne Daniels, Selena Castro, Crystal Clear, Farrah Foxx (2009's Urban X BBW Newcomer of the Year), Sabrina Love, Chocolate Nights, Mz. Booty (2009's Urban X Biggest Ass in Porn Winner & Rising Star Female), Skyy Black, Kandi Kream, Kelly Shibari, DeColletor, Amber Swallows, and Savannah Tyler.
Now if all those names are not fire then you truly are not a fan of voluptuous adult entertainment. You could really make a case for any one of these women to win. Now of course, we here at PHAT Magazine have our favorites to win. We base our favorites out of the factors of: consistency, heat, and marketability. 3 factors that really dictate the success of any actress in this industry. But make no mistake each and every one of these women have what it takes to capture an award.
Take DeCollector (a favorite for the award) for instance. Her performance in Evasive Angles "This Ain't Good Times XXX", where she showed that big ass put it down on Byron Long, or rather Byron Long fucked the shit out of her, instantly showed that she has all that it takes to be considered in the top running for the title of 2010 Urban X Award BBW of the Year.
You have Kelly Shibari who definitely has been working hard within the consistency and heat department with her work on her website, KellyShibari.com, as well as her work with Sensational Video, and her upcoming role in the Dreamzone Entertainment feature "Rosanne: A XXX Parody" . Definitely noteworthy of the title BBW of the Year.
And let's not even get started on Mz. Booty, enough said.
Yes this year's Urban X Award BBW of the Year is going to be a major accomplishment for the nominees. Just the fact of being nominated should elevate their career substantially. But only one can wear the crown and just who that one will be has all of us here on pins and needles.
Only will time will tell. Fortunately for us that time will be July 13th downtown Los Angeles. Where we will all will be waiting to see which lovely one of these superior voluptuous adult performers will be crowned with, at least as far as we are concerned, the most important award of the night.
